CSIM Abstract Submission Form

Deadline to submit your abstract: JUNE 15, 2022 by 5:00PM (Eastern time)

The abstract submission system will close at the deadline.

Eligibility – Abstract applicants must be:

• Enrolled in a postgraduate residency training program in Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine within Canada (PGY1 to PGY5 at the time of submission and at the time of the meeting) and be a CSIM Resident Associate, or
  
• Enrolled in a faculty of medicine within Canada and be a CSIM Medical Student Associate.

Late entries will not be accepted. Abstracts will NOT be accepted via email attachment. The CSIM assumes no responsibility for lost or unreceived abstracts. Please advise the CSIM office promptly if you do not receive a confirmation of submission immediately following submission as receipts are system-generated; please check your junk folder first.

If you are not a CSIM Associate, you must complete an application to join the CSIM BY JUNE 14, 2022 (delays in submitting your membership application will cause your submission to be rejected by the abstract system.) If eligible to join the CSIM, you will be notified by email when your application is accepted at which time you will be able to submit your abstract.
